Know where you're exposed before claim time.
Our risk services focus on the insurance side of risk: reviewing coverage, discussing exposures, planning renewals, and guiding you through claims.
Coverage Review
A structured read of your current policies — limits, deductibles, exclusions, and endorsements — against how your life or business actually looks today. You get a plain-English summary of what's solid and what's exposed.
Exposure Discussion
We talk through the ways things could go wrong — operations, property, people, vehicles, data — and which of those exposures insurance can address, which it can't, and what each would cost.
Renewal Planning
Renewals shouldn't be a surprise. We start early, gather updated information, approach the market where it makes sense, and present your options with enough time to actually decide.
Claims Guidance
When something happens, we help you understand the process, what to document, and what to expect — and we stay involved while the claim works through the insurer.
Scope note: we provide insurance-related risk guidance. We don't provide legal advice, contract review as a legal service, or compliance guarantees — for those, we'll point you to the right professional.
How workers' compensation works in Washington.
Washington is a monopolistic state for workers' compensation: coverage is generally provided through the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) state fund, or through certified self-insurance for qualifying employers. Private carriers do not sell standard workers' comp policies here.
What we can help with: understanding your L&I obligations, how your experience factor affects what you pay, and stop-gap employer's liability coverage — which addresses certain claims the state fund doesn't — as an option, subject to availability.
