Please do not include Social Security numbers, dates of birth, health information, or financial account details in website forms — we will ask for anything needed for an application through a secure channel later.

If you create an account on this site, we store your email address and sign-in details. If you use the website chat assistant, the conversation is stored so it can continue across visits.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare insurance quotes, and provide client service. Submissions are stored in our website database and may be forwarded to our internal tools — currently email notifications to our team, and, once configured, a Google Sheets spreadsheet and our customer relationship management system — so we can follow up with you.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 on our production website only (columbiacapitalrm.com). Analytics collect page views and basic device information; we do not send form contents, names, email addresses, or other personal details to analytics. Analytics do not run on account, sign-in, or administrative pages.

Sharing

We share information with insurance carriers as needed to quote or service your coverage, and with the service providers that operate this website (website hosting, database, email delivery, and — once configured — a spreadsheet and customer relationship management tool used to track and follow up on inquiries).
